Project Blake
Found Project Blake under a SE1 railway arch Centaur St in Lambeth.

The website says:
Project Blake was set up to celebrate the life of William Blake, one of Britain’s most world renowned poets, artists and thinkers; he is also one of Britain’s most undervalued and under-celebrated, since 2007 Project Blake has been working to rectify this situation.
The aim of Project Blake is to create a lasting legacy celebrating the life of William Blake in the London Borough of Lambeth.

What was visible from the remains of the project is a series of Mosiac and Sound boxes that line the walls on both sides of the dimly lit arch way. Most sound boxes still work, and run an alternating series of recordings from Blake's work, read on the most part by children but with names such as the late great Douglas Adams thrown in for interest.
A bit of a forgotten land, the rumble of the overhead trains and passing cars ruin any chance you really have to hear the sound bites completely. Granted, it is an interesting way to use a bridge arch, but I know it is the performance designer in me that wants a greater purpose (some atmosphere or experience), I should just be resolved to the fact that it is simply a series of Art works, created by local children based on the work of the profoundly acknowledged and respected local artist. What impact it has on any further audience is a latter consideration, but it did make me re-read his poetry.
