Upcoming

I've just finished work on a short film. My role was entirely supportive but film maker Chanya Button's 'Fire' [based on a moment of the life of Charles Dickens] will be screened at the BFI in the new year and is something to definitely watch out for. Costumes by the superbly talented Natasha MackMurdie.

I've also just been part of a research and development week for Firehouse productions  lead by Rachel Parish. A [insert witty collective noun here] of writers, directors, actors, designers, producers, scientists and classics buffs debated the concept of Time in every way possible. I don't doubt from the calibre of participants that something fascinating will evolve shortly.

...and lastly, Shakespeare's most unhistorical history play 'King John' will be created at the Union Theatre, Southwark from January 17. It's the Double Faslehood team and again directed by Phil Willmott it will be the first time John has seen the London stage for 10 years [and from what some small local birds tell us may not be the last this next year].
